Hi! My name is Ashley. Writer of middle-grade fiction, occasional artist, and mom of two. I have a soft spot for rainy days accompanied by warm pastries, a cup of tea, a good book, and a purring cat. And if all that didn't already clue you in, I'm also an introvert, which means I tend to give a lot of random information when asked to talk about myself. I'm an INFJ/Enneagram 1/Hufflepuff, in case you were wondering. (Although *technically* I'm probably a RavenPuff, but my heart belongs to Hufflepuff and the sorting hat says I get a say, so...)
A bookworm since the moment I learned to read, when the other kids still wanted to grow up to be astronauts and zookeepers, all I wanted to be was a writer. Stories make me fantastically happy, whether it's through the pages of a novel, the scenes of a film, or the words of a song. And I believe you're never too old to read a children's book (which is probably why I love writing them so much).
